With Christmas only a week away, today I’m sharing a Gloria In Excelsis Deo Coloring Page. You may recognize this title as the chorus of the song, “Angels We Have Heard on High.”
The phrase Gloria in Excelsis Deo is drawn from Luke 2:13-14.
“And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, ‘Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.'”
Praising God should be the theme of our lives, as such is the divine end of men: To glorify God and enjoy Him forever. May we all keep that in mind during the Christmas season and throughout the New Year!
More to Color

If you’d prefer a bound collection, check out my Color the Word series. I designed these richly detailed, Scripture-based coloring books with grown-ups in mind. But they can be enjoyed by all ages. They’re even available in Spanish!
For those who enjoy journaling as well as coloring, my devotional journals offer the best of both worlds. Now with twelve titles to choose from.
Today’s coloring page came from Joy to the World, my devotional journal for advent. Here’s what it looks like in the book’s two-page spread:
