Famous Inventor Quiz (Free Printable)

Did you know this is National Engineers’ Week? It’s always the week of George Washington’s birthday (since his experience as a surveyor qualifies him as one of our country’s first and most famous engineers). So I’m sharing a brand new Famous Inventor Trivia Quiz in honor of the occasion.

My kids took the quiz tonight, although my chemical engineer son claims it’s more of a history test than an engineering test. He’s probably right, but it’s a good review either way. There are lots of interesting stories behind these inventions, too, which we discussed after they finished and were checking their answers against the key.
