Commonly known as “The Lord’s Prayer,” this is a pattern Jesus gave His followers when they asked Him to teach them to pray. It includes all the major elements in the acronym PRAY:
- Praise: “Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be Your name… ” (vs. 9)
- Repent: “Forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.” (vs. 12)
- Ask: “Give us this day our daily bread…. and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. (vs. 13)
- Yield: “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” (vs. 10)
Whether you pray these exact words or use the prayer as a model for your own conversations with God, I hope you’ll be blessed by this new coloring page.
