He Gently Leads Coloring Page

I’m sorry today’s He Gently Leads coloring page is so late, but our family is currently on vacation. We’ve been touring the Northeast — hence, all the travel posts I’ll be publishing this week. 🙂

We spent the morning hiking through Flume Gorge in New Hampshire’s beautiful Franconia Notch State Park.

The terrain is gorgeous (no pun intended) up here, with lots of woodlands…

…surrounding rocky streams and waterfalls.

Everything is covered with lush moss and green ferns.

It was only a two-mile hike, but the paths were sometimes steep, and the little ones frequently lagged behind the front runners…

… primarily because they were waiting up for Mom. (“Are you okay, Mom? You look tired.”)
So we took plenty of water breaks to rest our legs, catch our breath, eat a snack, and rehydrate…

… before hitting the trail again.

My sweet husband’s patience and care for his wife and children during the hike reminded me of the following Bible verse:
“He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.” (Isaiah 40:11, NIV)
So I thought that would be a good one to share today:
This week’s coloring pages is also available in Spanish:
Watch for the Spanish versions of all my coloring books to be released by the end of this month. I’ve been working on the translations while we’re on the road and hope to finish that project before we return home.

I designed these richly detailed, Scripture-based coloring books with grown-ups in mind. But they can be enjoyed by all ages. They’re even available in Spanish!
For those who enjoy journaling as well as coloring, my devotional journals offer the best of both worlds. Now with twelve titles to choose from.
