Peace on Earth Pennant Banner

Peace on Earth Pennant Banner

Today I’m sharing another free printable pennant banner. I made this one, which reads “Peace on Earth,” for the fake fireplace in my dining room.

In most of the homes we’ve lived in for the past 30 years, my husband and I’ve painted our bedroom walls green and the dining room red. Those both happen to be traditional Christmas colors, which makes decorating this time of year a cinch.

But the walls and cabinets in our rental house are all either blue, white, or gray. And the new color scheme called for a different decorating tack when the time came to deck our halls this December.

Enter in the brand new Peace on Earth Banner I created this morning. I’m pretty happy with the way it helped shape up our dining room this Christmas.

Do you have a blue room in your house that could use a Christmas banner? Click on the button above to download your copy. I cut mine out with a pair of scissors this time, although my paper cutter would’ve given me straighter lines in less time. Once the flags were all trimmed and the top edge folded, I attached them to a string and hung it on the mantle.

Incidentally, if you’re looking for a great way to focus your heart on Christ during this advent season, I’d love for you to check out my new devotional journal, Joy to the World. It will help you do exactly that.
