President Trump Quote Coloring Page

Today is Flag Day, but it also happens to be President Trump’s 75th birthday. And since I’ve already published several free printables honoring Old Glory, today seems the perfect time to share this free printable President Trump Quote Coloring Page.

It features Trump’s sage observation: “Sometimes by losing a battle you find a new way to win the war.” I know a lot of people who are still hoping Trump finds a way to win the war the Left is waging on America. Speculation is growing that he is already planning a comeback in 2024. And if he runs again, he’ll certainly get my vote.

Still, I believe our country has deeper problems than can be solved by a second Trump term. That’s why my ultimate hope rests in Christ alone, not in politics nor presidents nor public opinion.

I value all the blessings I’ve enjoyed during my 55 years on earth: my life, my family, my freedom, my friends, my home. But I also realize I could lose any or all of those things at any moment. The one thing that cannot be taken away from me is my faith in the LORD Jesus Christ and my eternal security in Him. THAT precious gift God has promised to see to completion. And He can do it just as easily with a Democrat at the helm of our country as with a Republican.

Of course, given a choice, I’d prefer the latter. Which is why I’ve consistently voted Republican for nearly four decades. When I cast my ballot back in 2016, I was not voting FOR Trump as much as I was voting AGAINST Hillary, who had pledged unflinching support to Planned Parenthood and to protecting the “right” of American women to abort their babies without restriction through all nine months of pregnancy, up to and including their due date. Even so, President Trump’s first term confirmed in my mind I made the right decision.

During his four years in office, Trump appointed three conservative justices to the Supreme Court and more than 200 appellate and district court judges who are committed to interpreting the Constitution (as they are charged by law to do) rather than legislating from the bench. He cut funding to Planned Parenthood (our nation’s largest abortion provider) and ended federal funding of overseas abortions. (Even so, worldwide abortions still sit at a staggering 42+ million per year).

Moreover, Trump wrote to Congress on multiple occasions urging them to vote in favor of life-protecting legislation and opposed the UN’s efforts to make abortion an international human right. And he spoke in person at the National March for Life in DC (an event completely ignored by mainstream media despite the fact it draws hundreds of thousands of participants every year). He was the first sitting US President to do so in the event’s 45-year history. The list goes on and on. For all his faults, Trump proved to be a true friend to the unborn.

But that is only one issue. Trump’s policies also protected religious freedom and freedom of conscience, cut taxes, boosted the economy, reduced unemployment to historic lows (especially among blacks and Hispanics), strengthened the military, defeated ISIS, expanded educational freedoms and school choice, increased energy production and decreased our reliance of foreign oil, supported Israel and normalized relations between Israel and her Arab neighbors. And that list goes on, too.

So in the 2020 election cycle, I voted for Trump unashamedly, as did nearly 75 million other Americans. In fact, Trump received more votes than any other sitting US President in our nation’s history. He won important swing states. He carried Florida and Ohio. He won 16 of the 17 bellwether counties that have for decades correctly picked the winner of the presidential race. By every indicator, including early returns, Trump won the 2020 election by a landslide.

With that kind of backing, is it any wonder the hashtag #HappyBirthdayTrump has been trending all day on the very platforms that have banned our former president? Say what you will about him, Donald Trump loves our country, loves our flag, loves our military, and truly wants to make America great again.

And I hope he gets another chance to finish what he started.

My parents, siblings, and I survived communism in Europe in the 80s, and were only allowed to move to the US (legally, of course), at the end of 1990. I will forever remain grateful for being able to live in the best country in the world – the United States, and I will never take my freedoms here for granted! We will also stand up against tyranny of any kind, especially the current kind coming from the left. I refuse to raise my children in a communist country. I don’t want them to go through the traumatic experience my family and I did. My husband and I voted for President Trump twice and will do it again in a heartbeat. We see all the good he has done for our country and know that he wants all the best for us. He wants us to thrive as a nation, be independent, strong, free, the list goes on. I have so much respect for him, as I’m sure it’s not easy being a president. Especially one who has suffered so much at the hands of the hateful, biased, lying media and Democrats in general. Every day during his first term I prayed that God would give him strength to deal with everything being thrown his way. He has done an amazing job as president and I hope he can serve a full second term as well! 🙂 Btw, thank you for this printable of Donald Trump. My 4 girls are so excited to color it! 🙂

I wish the leftists who seem so enamored with communism could see things through your eyes, Patricia! I’m with you in hoping #45 gets a second term!

Just want to let you know what a blessing you have been to me! And I want you to know how much I loved your article or comments on Trump! He truly will go down in history as being the best President ever! We loved him and voted for him! We hope he’ll be back in the future to serve again! We love the Lord Jesus as well! We strive to keep our focus on Him and I especially appreciate the articles and Bible verses to color and meditate on. I know some large homeschooling Christian families and I enjoy reading about family things and activities! Thanks for sharing with me and so many others! I am a grandma now in my 60’s and I’m still learning! Blessings on you, and Happy Birthday Donald Trump!

I’m not sure why anyone as gregarious as Rebekah finds this “don’t talk to me” meme so hilarious (see my last post for pictures), as she is an amazing conversationalist and always has been. I even thought about stitching a disclaimer on the back of the Christmas sweater (my gift to her) that read: “These dogs may be anti-social, but I love meeting new people, so introduce yourself!” #strikeupaconversation

Here’s the results of our labors ( minus the doggie-embellished flower pot Beth gave her early. I didn’t get a picture of that one).
