Human love can be fickle, but God’s love is everlasting. Isn’t that a comfort and a blessing?
With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, I thought Jeremiah 31:3 would be a perfect verse for this week’s “Scripture Sunday” coloring page:
I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore I have drawn you with lovingkindness.”
We didn’t do anything to earn God’s love, and we can’t do anything to lose it. He loves because it’s His nature to love. He is love, and His love will never end.
What’s more, He actively pursues us. He draws us with lovingkindness and grace and mercy. He sacrificed all to forge a relationship with us. That kind of unflagging faithfulness is what all other loves should inspire to.
If you like to color, then come back again next Sunday for a new free printable coloring page. Or you can look here to download any of the pages I’ve published in the past.
