ATTENTION: Are these free printable 2023 Calendars not the ones you need? Then follow this link to find the year you’re looking for.

2023 Calendars

We’re only three weeks into 2022, and I’ve already gotten multiple requests for next year’s calendars. Evidently, I have a lot of readers who’ve taken advanced planning to a whole new level, and they’re desperate to get their hands on my calendars for 2023. So that’s what I’m sharing today!

Question: How soon will your 2023 Calendars be ready?

Here’s a sampling of the messages landing in my inbox lately:

  • “Hello! I saw your year at a glance calendar for 2022. I can’t find any others where you can write in the block for year at a glance… Do you happen to have calendars ready for 2023 and 2024?”
  • “I’ve been using your month-to-month calendars for several years and they are so helpful!! Thank u so much!! Will you be uploading 2023 soon by chance?”
  • “For the past 2 years I’ve used your school year calendar for mapping and tracking. Do you have a 2022-23 version of this calendar available? Please say yes!”
  • “Can you put up the free 2023 printable year calendar soon?”
  • “Do you have the 2023 year-at-a-glance calendar out yet? We love your calendars!”
  • “We are in need of YOUR calendar (none of the others seem to meet everyone’s needs – you have us spoiled 😊) for the 2022-23 school year. We teach visually impaired students who take your calendar and adapt it to their needs with braille/large print. We have several students leaving campus early this year to prepare for college. Would you know when the academic calendars for the 2022-23 school year would be available?”

Answer: All my 2023 calendars are ready now!

Scroll down to download and print whichever calendar style best suits your needs. We have several to choose from:

  1. Year-at-a-Glance Calendars

I originally designed this calendar for my husband, who uses it to keep track of his on-call days at work. But it makes a great 1-page habit tracker to help you maintain a success streak on goals and New Year’s resolutions alike.

This year, I’ve made my 2023 Year-at-Glance Calendar available in several different color schemes. Click on the image or button below to download them all in a single click.

  2. Scrapbooking Calendar

This one is my personal favorite. I use my scrapbooking calendar as a micro-journal. Once it’s completely filled out, I make enough color copies to glue into each of my children’s scrapbooks.

    2023 Scrapbook Calendar

For 2023, I’m offering two options. First, I have my traditional, pre-colored scrapbook calendar.

    January 2023 in Color

click to print 2023 Scrapbook Calendar in Color

And second, I have a brand-new “Color-Your-Own” Calendar, for those who enjoy that DIY sort of thing.

  3. Monthly Calendar Pages

Next, I have a traditional, one-month-per-page option featuring nice big squares, large enough to keep track of all your appointments, vacation days, and other plans.

    2023 Monthly Calendar Pages

click to print 2023 Calendar Pages

  4. Academic Calendar

And last but not least, I have a 2022-2023 Academic Calendar. These are available with either a July or August start date. To download, just click the print button for whichever option you prefer.

    2022-2023 Academic Calendar

click to print 2022-23 School Year Calendar (July through June)

click to print 2022-23 School Year Calendar (August through July)

  5. No matter which style calendar best suits your need, I do hope you’ll download your favorites and enjoy using them! And for more family enjoyment, check out my post on Making Every Month More Memorable, or invest in a copy of my Family Fun Bundle.

Jennifer, thank you so much for the very functional “Year at a Glance” printable calendar. It is so hard to find this one-page format with the little boxes for each day, rather than just numbers. So useful to place a small sticker or make a little mark for important dates; even a small word with a fine-tip pen. I like how each quarter of the year has its own color to further organize my planning for the year – my husband likes to make sure he schedules a little of his vacation time each quarter. I do use a regular bound planner for all our weekly and daily details, but this is a view that I like to have separately for the big picture. Thank you again for creating and sharing these thoughtful calendars!

You have my husband to thank for the design, Amy. I formatted it according to his specifications when he couldn’t find exactly what he was looking for on the Internet, either. And I’ve been making and sharing them ever since. I’m so glad you’ve found them helpful. Hope you have a blessed new year!

I just want to say Thank you for being so intentional about creating a calendar for so many of us every year. I have been printing from your page for at least 3 years now. It’s the best calendar that allows me to track my workout days in the blank spaces and it’s just so appreciated and my favorite.

Your calendars are awesome. Thank you for sharing. I found the year-at-a-glance calendar last year and used it all year long. I’m so thankful that you now also offer the 2023 one. Your scrapbook calendars are beautiful and I’m thankful you offer them even if I don’t personally use them. Of course, after coming to your site to download the calendar, I find myself looking throughout your site. Thank you for all you do!

    Hello,
I absolutely love the 2022-2023 school year calendar. Only one I have seen online like it.
Is it possible that the calendar can be editable?
The size is perfect. I just need to be able to add a letter A, B or C in the square.

I’m so sorry, Sharla. I know there is probably a way to do that, but I just don’t have time to figure it out right now. I’m putting it on my to-do list, though, in case I ever get around to making more of my printables editable.

Hi Sharla, if you open in the free pdf software, adobe reader, select “Fill & Sign” on right side, then you can add whatever text or even some symbols, then resave the calendar. Thank you Jennifer for these incredibly useful calendars which I’ve been using for so many years now.

Any possibility of an academic calendar with a Monday start?

    • Jennifer Flanders says

      July 2, 2022 at 2:21 pm

No, Amanda. I’m sorry, but the days of the week aren’t labeled, and I think making a Mon-Sun version would create unnecessary confusion.

However, as long as neither is a leap year, you can use the calendar from the previous year and change the label at the top to have a year-at-a-glance calendar with a Monday start.

For example, January 2 falls on Sunday in 2022 but on Monday in 2023, so you could print the 2022 calendar next year and change the title to 2023, and — viola! — you have exactly what you’re looking for. Or relabel 2021 as 2022 to do the same thing for the current year. Hope that helps!

Knowing that several of the pastoral staff at our Knowing that several of the pastoral staff at our church were reading through The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry last month, I did too. It didn’t take long to realize I’m more addicted to hurry than I suspected. (Injuring my hip shortly after starting this book brought my tendency to rush, rush, rush to light in a hurry.) I found many of the book’s suggestions for breaking such an addiction helpful, although I also got the impression this author leans a little to the left politically (and maybe theologically, as well). He gives some good food for thought but, as always, readers should be careful to eat the meat and spit out the bones. #flandersfamilyreads

We usually read this book — recounting our own f We usually read this book — recounting our own family history — aloud to our kids every December, but we technically didn’t finish our most recent read through until January this year. It took a while to get through them, because we had to stop so often to laugh or cry or discuss the antics recorded in each letter. In addition to giving our younger ones a glimpse of what their older siblings were like growing up, the letters serve as a poignant reminder of God’s faithfulness to our family through the years. I compiled this printed collection several years back, adding in several of our favorite Christmas traditions, recipes, and other “bonus material” for good measure. It’s half-price right now on Amazon. I have no idea how long that sale will last, but If you’ve ever wished for a fly-on-the-wall view of what life in a large family looks like, this would be a good way to get it. 🤪 #flandersfamilyreads #christmasbooks #familyletters

I’d read and enjoyed a couple of Alexandra Kuykendall’s other books in the past, and Loving My Actual Life was written in the same vein. In this volume, the author spends nine months tackling nine areas in her "actual life" (as opposed to the Pinterest- and Instagram-fueled ideas of what her life "should" be like) that need work, one at a time. Many of the problem-areas she discusses in this journal-style narrative and the solutions she finds for dealing with them, will resonate with readers and point the way to improving their own situations. It was a fun, quick, and easy read with some good actionable ideas for loving your own actual life. #flandersfamilyreads #bookreview #bibliophile #bookwormlife
