Quick to Hear Coloring Page
This week I’m sharing my new Quick to Hear Coloring Page, which I drew to help my kids and grandkids learn the words of James 1:19.
But let everyone be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger. (James 1:19)
Isn’t that a good admonition? I’ve heard it said God gave us two ears and only one mouth because He wants us to do twice as much listening as speaking. This verse seems to support that notion, don’t you think?
And of course, angry words are often particularly hasty words — all the more reason to place a guard on your lips and consider what you say before you say it!
