Christ Set Us Free Coloring Page

In an age when so many of the freedoms Americans have enjoyed for so many years are currently under attack, it seems appropriate to share this Christ Set Us Free Coloring Page.
It features Galatians 5:1. “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.” This freedom is something we should never take for granted.
Our family spent the past week in Branson, Missouri, and visited the Veterans Memorial Museum while we were there.
In addition to myriad artifacts from American wars, the museum displayed wall after wall after wall filled with the names of soldiers who’d given their lives defending our freedoms. We owe them so much.
The Bible tells us there is no greater love than one who would lay down his life for another. Which is exactly what these honored dead did for us.
Sadly, the freedoms we enjoy as Americans — freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom to assemble, freedom to bear arms, and so many others — are only as safe as our willingness to fight to protect and preserve them. Even now, we see many of the liberties we’ve long taken for granted being systematically eroded before our very eyes.
But the freedom Christ won on our behalf — freedom from slavery to sin and its natural consequences — is as secure today as when He first achieved victory over death and the grave. By grace through faith, He offers life, liberty, and salvation to all who call upon His name, as well as an eternal home in heaven that no enemy can storm.
