Free Printable Calendars

Some of my most popular and often-requested resources are my free printable calendars. Hardly a week goes by that I don’t get at least 3-4 emails asking if next year’s calendar is ready yet.

So in an effort to make my calendars a little easier to find, I’m collecting all those links on this page for easy access. I offer several different styles to choose from, all of which I’ve been using myself for decades: different calendars for different purposes.

Year-at-a-Glance Calendars

I originally designed these free printable Year-at-a-Glance calendars for my husband, who wanted a one-page method for keeping track of his call days at the hospital. But it also proves helpful in calculating due dates when you’re pregnant! Or you can use it as a habit tracker to keep tabs on which days you exercise, stick to your diet, read aloud, or work on any other kind of long-term goal.

Scrapbooking Calendars

I began using hand-drawn calendars in my scrapbooking way back in junior high, a practice I’ve continued for more than four decades now. I fill them out, make color copies, and glue them in each of our 12 kids’ scrapbooks. The calendars provide a great family history, help me get photos and mementos in chronological order, and ensure each child has a sample of my handwriting, without my having to journal on each and every page.

When I started this blog, I decided to share my scrapbooking calendars in hopes that my readers might like them as well. And did that ever prove to be a smart move! I’ve heard from so many fans who eagerly await each new year’s rendition — teachers who post these calendars in their classroom, moms who tape them on the fridge, writers who use them for micro-journaling. Maybe you’ll find a completely new use for them…

Monthly Calendar Pages

This is the calendar I use for jotting down appointments, birthdays, extra curricular activities, play dates, vacation plans, etc. It’s minimalist in design, but that just leaves more room for writing. I keep the full year’s worth in my notebook.

  5. Dear Flanders Family,
Thank you very much for your giving spirit. We have used and enjoyed your information and products for many years.

At this time I find myself in a predicament, We are in need of YOUR calendar (none of the others seem to meet everyone’s needs – you have us spoiled 🙂 for the 2022-23 school year. We teach visually impaired students, that take your calendar and adapt it to their needs braille/large print. The open spaces allow them to braille or write with 20/20 pens in the blocks provided. We have several students leaving campus early this year to prepare for college. Would you know when the academic calendars for the 2022-23 school year would be available?

Thank you for ALL YOU do!
    We appreciate YOU,
    TVIs and VI Students

    1. I know I sent the calendar you were requesting to you directly when this message first hit my inbox, but did you see I’ve posted it online now — along with a new academic calendar for 2023-24? That should keep you in good stead for the time being! ❤️

  6. Just a quick thank you for your monthly calendar printables! They’re exactly what I need to log our homeschool attendance, & I appreciate how beautifully classic & simple they are. It would take me forever to create my own, so I really appreciate your kindness in providing them for the “graphic design-challenged” in the homeschool community. 🙂

    1. Thanks for those encouraging words, Lisa. I’m happy to share and am glad you’ve found them helpful!

    1. Yes, Heather. I’ve linked all those calendars above now. To download, simply click on the year under whichever style calendar you want to print.

  8. HI! I love your school year calendars. I use them each year. Do you have one for 2021-2022? They are so helpful for keeping organized! Thank you so much!

    1. Yes, Becky. You can find it linked in that section above now. Just click the date you want to download the file.

  9. Good afternoon,

I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the yearly calendar you put out on your website for hassle-free, time saving use!

This calendar is exactly what I need and just do not have the time to create it myself. Our office uses it as our vacation time off calendar and it works perfect.

    Thank you so much J

    1. I’m so glad you’ve found them helpful, Carol! I’m working on the 2022 scrapbooking calendar even now. As soon as that’s finished, I’ll be posting all of next year’s calendar styles, too.

    1. You’re welcome. I’ll be publishing calendars for 2022 soon. If you like to plan in advance, check back in January for those.

  10. I forgot to say in my comment that I have trouble finding the calendar at times. This year it wasn’t listed under printables in the calendar section. I found it through a back door with Google.

    1. Sorry about that! I’m working on a solution that will make it easier to find in the future and will automatically update when the newest calendars post. Hopefully, I’ll have that in place before time to publish the 2022 calendars… which will likely be sometime in January of 2021!

  11. Many Blessings to you and your family for putting out these calendars! I have used your academic calendar (Aug-July) every year for many years now. It is my go to calendar!

  12. I use your calendars every year. They are exactly what I am looking for in an academic calendar. Thank you so very much!

  13. I wanted to thank you so much for sharing this calendar. I’ve used it for the last three years in planning for my school year. Can I ask what program you use to create this? I love it so much and am afraid one day I’ll come looking and you’ll be gone. Thank you!!!!

    1. I’m glad you like it so much, Shelby. I built it in Word using 12 tables in a 3 column format. It’s tedious work, but not difficult. Fortunately for those who are unwilling or unable to make their own, I plan to keep updating these calendars every year for as long as the LORD allows. 🙂

Still, you’re smart to realize that the day will inevitably arrive when you or someone like you will come looking, and I’ll be gone. None of us are guaranteed another year, another day, another minute — which is why it is so important that we settle the question of where we’ll spend eternity while we still have the breath to do so. When my time on earth is over, I’ll be at the feet of Jesus, worshipping the One who gave His life for me! “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” John 3:16

    1. Good catch, Katie. Thanks so much for letting me know! I’ve replaced it now with a corrected copy.

  14. I just printed off my 2021 scrapbook calendar to enter doctors appointments. When I got to June I noticed there aren’t any numbers. I went back to the website to check for another copy of June with the numbers but couldn’t find one. Will you post a corrected copy on the website or did I miss it. These calendars are truly a lifesaver at my house. Even my husband has wrote in things. I’ve used them since 2012!!!! Thanks so much for taking the time to work these up and then to post them for others to use.

    1. Oops! Thanks so much for letting me know, Debbie. I’ll switch out the files on the website as soon as I can, but in the meantime, I direct messaged you the corrected calendar. I noticed I left the dates off the last two days of May, as well, so you may want to reprint that month, too.

        1. Thanks for the reminder, Dana. I’ve swapped the link now, so the corrected calendars are ready to download. Just click on any of the 2021 Scrapbook images to print out the full set.

  15. Thank you for the blessing of your school calendars. They help keep my classroom organized as I track student progress throughout the year! By chance do you have your 2020-2021 calendar available? Thank you kindly! 🙂

    1. Yes, Susanne. I’ve finished that one already and have now linked in the post above. Just click on the date you need under the style you want to download the file.

  16. Will you be making a 2020/2021 academic calendar? The 2019/2020 was so helpful for planning the year! I shared a link to your website on a homeschool group so others could use it too.

    1. Yes, Amanda. I just posted those this morning. You’ll now find them linked above, so you can download them as soon as you’re ready.

  17. Just checking the website to see if the 2020 scrapbooking calendar was there. I can hardly wait to see it.

          1. There was no button, only a link, but clearly not an obvious enough one. Ha!

Including a button is a great idea, though, and I’ve added one now so readers will no longer have to play hide-n-seek with the other link.

Thanks for writing. Enjoy the calendar!

  37. Hi! I absolutely adore your calendar! I love that you add just the right amount of details and it is so cute! I am a preschool special education teacher and would love to use your calendars to provide parents with school related information. Would you be able to make a 2016 version as well? THANK YOU for providing your calendars for free. Other teachers and I deeply appreciate it!! 🙂

    1. I’ve finished the 2016 version, Eri, and linked it above. So you should now be able to access it anytime you’re ready for it.

  38. I just printed several of these to go with Money Saving Mom’s Make Over Your Morning eClass. I’m going to be recording things like water and vegetable intake, exercise, reading fiction and non fiction, up by 7, devotions, etc. I think seeing the streaks are going to be very helpful and I’m glad the calendars are little. Alejandra Costello gave me the idea originally.

    1. I love that idea, too, Karissa. I agree that it’s very motivating to see all those streaks going across the page. In fact, I created a chart for myself this summer that lets me record my progress on a bunch of different goals, all on one page. Mine looks like this:

Screen Shot 2015-07-10 at 6.08.58 PM

And here is a generic version of this chart. If you want to try tracking all your goals on the same page, just click on the image below to print your own copy. Good luck!

  39. Thank you so much for the calendar. I have searched and searched and finally stumbled upon your site. Yeah!!!!! Just what I wanted. This time I remembered to bookmark it for later.

  40. Thank you so much for providing these year-at-a glance calendars! They are so useful but hard to find. I love how you color code the quarters. Love your website too.

  41. Jennifer, thank you so much for offering EXACTLY what I needed . . . for free! Happy New Year to you and your family.

  42. I am so glad to find this calendar. I bought one with large blocks like this last year. Got it home and discovered that it started on Monday, with Sunday last. Not only did that offend me as a Christian, but it also caused me to miss some appointments because I am accustomed to seeing each day in a certain column.

  43. Jennifer, I love calendars! This doesn’t look like scrapbooking; this looks like calendars that you have generously shared with us.

    1. Thanks, Elsie. I’m glad you like them. I don’t only use them for scrapbooking — I keep a copy on my family bulletin board, too. It takes up less space than a traditional double-fold calendar, but still offers plenty of space for penciling in plans and appointments.

  44. Just printed these to get my hubby organized. Thought it would make a great Valentine’s gift – he’s a project manager. These are a great base so thank you!

  45. Perfect year-at-a-glance calendar. Exactly what I was looking for….and the very best one I found anywhere! THANK YOU!

    1. You’re welcome, Tom. Glad you can use it. That version is my husband’s favorite, too. He uses it to keep track of his call schedule.

  46. Thank you for the very nice, clean calendars! I’m able to get a jump start on next years planner without causing my printer a lot of pain 😀
