Today — March 2 — is Texas Independence Day, so I thought this would be a great time to share my new Texas Word Scramble Quiz<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like all my other word scrambles<\/a>, you can print this newest addition in full or half-sheet versions. Either way, the answer key<\/a> is the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also like my other word scrambles, the mixed-up words in this one start with a random capitol to make the words more difficult to decipher. Don’t let that trick you! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the scrambled letters spell out words that will be familiar to most Texans — especially to those who know their state history. How fast can you unscramble words like the following examples?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
