I got a message from a reader this morning saying she’d printed out a copy of my Love Your Enemies coloring page<\/a> to use for the children’s Sunday school class she teaches at her church. I sent her a copy of my Praying for Your Enemies<\/a> prayer guide to use as well, since God declared His house should be a house of prayer for all people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That means all people can go to His house to pray, certainly. But it should also mean that His house is a place where prayers should be offered for all people as well — even people who hate us, curse us, mistreat us (or violently disagree with us).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today’s coloring page features an excerpt from Isaiah 56:7<\/a>, “Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.” (KJV)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope we will commit afresh to praying fervently to the God the Father, in the name and through the blood of our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ. For He remains our best and only hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
