And I can&#8217;t think of a better way to celebrate than by frying up a tasty batch of scrumptious Avocado Egg Rolls at home. <\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re packed with flavor and good-for-you veggies and are much easier to manage than you might imagine. Plus, they&#8217;re mmm-mmmmm delicious!<\/p>\n<p>Avocado Egg Rolls have long been a favorite of our kids on local appetizer menus. (Alternatively, you can use a bag of pre-shredded coleslaw mix.) Once they are all filled, heat about 3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan. <\/p>\n<p>When the oil is hot, add the egg rolls. Let cool before eating. Serve with hot mustard and\/or soy sauce.
