We love it! Stack tortillas in a tortilla warmer or between two plates after lightly spraying the top of each tortilla with cooking spray.(I keep olive oil in a spray bottle for this purpose, but Pam works, too.) I don&#8217;t saut\u00e9 my onion for this dish, but you can if you want a milder flavor.
