Most of my children prefer other pasta dishes, however. So occasionally I\u2019ll mix things up and serve this easy 3-cheese lasagna with meat sauce on our weekly \u201cItalian Night\u201d instead.<\/p>\n<p>The recipe I use, adapted from the one on the back of the Skinner Pasta box, is not difficult. But it is delicious. Frozen lasagna can\u2019t hold a candle to the real deal. Drain excess fat. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
